This update provides an overview of the stages and clinical course of Covid 19 based on Malaysian and International experience. An important outpatient exertional dyspnoea test for category 1, 2 and 3 patients is suggested. Excellent clinical case discussions with a guidance how and when to use  anticoagulation, anti viral and steroids will be highlighted.
